At Niakwa Pizza, our signature cracker thin crust is made fresh in-house and crafted to perfection.
Unlike a traditional thin crust or flakey pie-style base, our crust offers a texture and taste that are entirely its own. Each crust is prepared in-house and baked to achieve a satisfying cracker-like crunch on the outside while remaining soft and light on the inside.
